Seeing smaller differences
- Look at the edges between swatches, not the middles. Your eye detects a boundary long before it names a colour.
- Turn night mode and blue-light filters off. They squash exactly the differences this game is measuring.
- Do not stare. Fixing on one patch fatigues the cones there and the odd one starts to blend in. Sweep, blink, look again.
