Tap a number, tap an operator, then tap a second number. Combine all four into exactly 24.
Ways in when you are stuck
- Aim for 24 as a product first: 3×8, 4×6, 2×12. Then ask which two numbers make the other factor.
- 24 is also 25−1, 20+4 and 48÷2. If multiplying is going nowhere, get near and correct.
- Do not try to throw a number away. All four must be used, so the stubborn 7 or 9 is usually the key, not the obstacle.
