What to include
- Bug or game feedback: which game, what happened, and your device or browser.
- Privacy request: the anonymous ID shown at the bottom of the Privacy page, so we can find and delete your usage events.
- Refunds: your Stripe receipt (or the email you paid with) — see the Refund Policy.
A real person reads everything; replies usually come within a few days.
