This policy covers Quirky's only paid item — the optional one-time "Remove ads" unlock — whenever it is offered for sale. There are no subscriptions and nothing else is sold.
What you're buying
A single one-time payment that removes ads on the browser and device where you complete checkout. It's delivered instantly — no account, no subscription, no recurring charge.
14 days, no questions
Within 14 days of purchase, email us and you get a full refund. No reason required. Include your Stripe receipt or the email you used at checkout so we can find the payment.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days after we confirm.
After a refund
The unlock may be switched off, and ads (when the site shows them) will reappear on that device.
Something broke?
Paid but didn't get the unlock? Email us — we'll fix it or refund you, regardless of the 14-day window.
