Quirky is a collection of free browser games and little tools. Using it means you agree to these short, human-readable terms.
Play as-is
Quirky is provided as-is and as-available, free of charge. Games may change, break, or retire at any time, and we can't guarantee uptime or that streaks and local data survive browser changes.
For fun — not advice
Everything here is entertainment. Ticker Tape uses approximate historical prices and is not investment advice; FIRE Lab is an educational calculator, not financial planning; Cosmic is astrology for fun; Glow-Up Studio is a playful toy, not a medical or cosmetic assessment. Decisions you make remain your own.
Fair use
Don't attack, overload, scrape, or repackage the site, and don't pretend to be affiliated with Quirky. Sharing your results and cards anywhere is welcome — that's what they're for.
Ownership
The site's design, code, and content belong to the operator. Third-party names and marks (like the companies in Ticker Tape) belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.
The paid unlock
If the one-time "Remove ads" purchase is offered, it unlocks an ad-free experience on the browser and device where you bought it. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Liability, in plain words
To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using a free games site, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us — or CAD $10 if you've paid nothing.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of British Columbia, Canada. If they change, the date above changes; continuing to play means you accept the current version.
